Maintenance of self-priming sewage pump

(1) Check the loosening of self-priming pump pipeline and joint. Roll the self-priming pump by hand or tool to see if the sewage pump is flexible.

(2) Controlling the flow rate and head of the self-priming pump as far as possible within the range indicated on the label to ensure the operation of the self-priming pump at the most efficient point can achieve the greatest energy-saving effect.

(3) During the operation of the self-priming pump, the bearing temperature shall not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80C.

(4) If abnormal sound of self-priming pump is found, parking should be checked immediately.

(5) To stop using sewage pump, first close gate valve and pressure gauge, then stop motor.

(6) When the self-priming sewage pump is not used for a long time or in winter, after parking, it is necessary to unscrew the bolt at the lower part of the pump body to remove the medium. Prevent frost cracking. If it is sewage, please clean the pump chamber with clean water.

(7) Listen carefully to whether the running sound of the electric idea is abnormal or not. Because of the noise in the operating room, you can use screwdriver or hearing rod to listen to the two ends of the pro-electric idea. If you listen frequently, you can not only find the bad vibration of the electric idea and its driving equipment, but also determine the amount of internal bearing oil, so as to add bearing oil or replace new bearings in time. Measures should be taken to avoid oil shortage and dry grinding of electric thought bearings, such as blocking, moving out of the outer circle and burning out of the chamber.

Troubleshooting of Water Pump

1. Insufficient head of pump

1. When stainless steel self-priming pump transports corrosive liquid, the impeller is severely corroded. New impeller

2. Can the pump function not meet the design requirements? Replacement of Boyu Pump with Design Requirements

3. Insufficient speed? Check current, restore speed

4. Is the gap between semi-open impeller and pump cover too large? Reduce gap

2. Pump Shock

1. Isn't the pump concentric with the motor shaft? Adjustment, alignment of pump and motor axis

2. Bending of pump shaft? Remove straightening or replace it

3. Impeller unbalance? Take it down to find balance

3. Overheating of pump bearings

1. Are lubricants (greases) absent or insufficient? Add lubricating oil (grease) to required scale

2. Isn't the pump concentric with the motor shaft? Adjustment, alignment of pump and motor axis

3. Bearing damage? New Bearings for Boyu Pump
